Your appointments are very important to the team members of Platinum Esthetics, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully inform you that our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. (7 days for On Location Bridal Make Up services)

Kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Platinum Esthetics: Luxury Salon & Spa, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. We appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at (204) 268 2933.

Booking Time
All sessions, treatments or service times include consultation and/or assessment procedures.  All indicated times are booking times, not specific treatment time.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, and fill out any necessary forms. Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. Note: If your appointment is first thing in the morning, you don’t need to arrive early.      

We are sympathetic that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We promise to always do our very best to perform the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Each treatment will be finished on time to accommodate the next client. Arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) of the scheduled service. We will do our best to rebook your scheduled appointment as soon as a space becomes available. To ensure that our spa runs on time, we regretfully cannot make an exception to this policy. For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your relaxing visit to our spa. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, nearby dining options and etc…

If you do not call prior to this time to cancel, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with clients on our waiting list.  If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following occurs:

  • Clients who do not cancel prior to 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification, (no show) will be charged in full for the scheduled service. A deposit will be required to hold your next service time. You may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to be kept on your customer file, should repeat no show(s) occur. That deposit will be applied to the final total at that scheduled service.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment due to please call us at (204) 205 0298 at least 24 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will result in full charges on your credit card (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates). On location Bridal Make Up services require at least a 7 day cancellation notice.

* Platinum Esthetics will accept phone calls to our SHOP number (268 2933) as well as Facebook notification to our BUSINESS page, as forms of cancellation.
* Personal texts/social media messages/calls will NOT be considered a valid form of cancellation to any of our service providers.

Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, Platinum Esthetics will call, text or e-mail our clients 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm your service.

We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so please ensure that we have your current email address, phone number and other contact information on file.  It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

Appointment Reminder by Email and/or phone
Please let us know if you need help remembering your appointment. We offer appointment reminders by phone call, email, and text at least 24 hours in advance. (Monday scheduled appointments are given a reminders on Saturdays).
If you opt to receive an alternate form of confirmation message, please check to make sure your contact information we have on file is up to date.

Inclement Weather Policy
Platinum Esthetics: Luxury Salon & Spa’s standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice incur a cancellation fee.  During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule.

If the R.M. of Brokenhead or your surrounding area of which you are travelling from is under a winter weather advisory/warning and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

We realize that sometimes a sudden illness (of you or a loved one) can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice (7 days for On Location Bridal Make Up services). In this instance you will be charged 50% of your total regular priced service (or equivalent deduction from a gift certificate). Services booked at a promotional price cannot be refunded. Since we’re an appointment-based spa these charges cover your therapist’s salary and allows us to continue operating our business.

Booking Online
Website Appointment Reservations
Our convenient online reservation system through allows you to book appointments instantly, day or night.

After you book an appointment online, a appointment confirmation will be emailed to you within a few minutes. Make sure you print and save this for your records. If you require, we can email you a duplicate copy.
mySALONapp Appointment Reservations
Our convienient booking app can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or Google Play.  Search mySALONapp and enter “Platinum Esthetics” to be connected to us.  From here you can control your own appointment scheduling, rescheduling and more! You will still receive a reminder call from our staff 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

***  Although our online reservation system does send out reminder emails, email in general is not always reliable. Sometimes emails are late, go directly into your junk mail folder or don’t show up at all. All these things are out of our control. We recommend that clients note the date/time of their services through other means because ultimately each person is responsible for keeping their appointment and cancelling within 24 hours if need be.

Online Cancellations
Our online reservation system will not allow an appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. To cancel or reschedule an online booking at least 24 hours in advance, please call us at (204) 268 2933.

Missed or forgotten appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
If you missed your appointment due to an illness emergency, we will issue a credit note for 50% of your total service.

Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion.  Gratuities are not included

We gladly accept Cash, Debit Card (Interac), Visa, and Master Card. Prices do not include applicable taxes or gratuities. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Bridal Party Contract deposits are non-refundable.  Product purchased that you are unhappy with, may be returned for exchange or store credit.  Deposits on hair extensions may be returned for store credit only.

Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a spa is a very individual experience.  Please let your therapist know if there is any way to improve your treatment or comfort. For example: heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, sound or lighting levels, etc.  We truly appreciate your feedback.
